How to build a business around inefficiency

In “The End of Efficiency” I analyzed the shifts we’re seeing as businesses and consumers are forced to slow down. I used the rules of bureaucracy to juxtapose what’s organizationally and operationally needed in this world versus how companies operate. Yancey Strickler and I took this analysis further into the domain of business modeling and value architectures in the post-growth, post-efficiency world.
